The artwork was completed using COPIC markers and Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils, the paper that I used was the Hahnemühle Bristol Smooth Paper, a really fantastic choice for those wanting to blend markers and add colored pencil for the detail. This piece was completed on Strathmore Bristol Smooth 400 Series using Copic Markers, some Art-N-Fly markers and Prismacolor Premier pencils for the detail. Just a fun piece for Halloween and I hope you enjoy it.
I wanted to draw something for Halloween and also something using just colored pencils, in particular my new 150 set of Prismacolor Premier pencils on Strathmore Toned Tan. As always I have included a speed drawing of this process on my YouTube channel and here on the site I have added progress images from start to finish.
