Botanical Artwork Demonstration With Meeden Colored Pencils
The artwork in this post was created using the new Meeden Colored Pencils on Fabriano Artistico Extra White Hot Pressed Watercolor Paper. In the reviews I tested the Meeden Colored Pencils on four different paper types including Canson Black Paper. However, the Fabriano Artistico that I completed the artwork on, was by far the better quality paper out of the 4 used to help demonstrate the pencils.
Throughout the various testing I conducted and the botanical artwork, I was incredibly impressed and a bit surprised at the quality of the Meeden Colored Pencils. I know Meeden is a huge name in the world of art, but always for art furniture and accessories, this looks to be a huge new push for the release of meeden art materials.
This will not be the last Meeden art supply I complete, that’s for sure, with the release of Meedens watercolor pans and tubes, pastels, fine liners and so much more, this can only be an incredibly positive thing for the art community. The bigger the choice for the artist, the more accessible art becomes to everyone and that is absolutely a good thing.
