The artwork in this post was created to help showcase and demonstrate the brand new amazing 72 set of Derwent Drawing Pencils. The Derwent Drawing Pencils have been some of the most sought after colored pencils right throughout all pencil brands, not just Derwent’s own range. The original 24 set displayed a palette perfect for botanical and landscape artists.
The artwork in this post was created using the Giotto Stilnovo 50 set of colored pencils in way of helping to demonstrate the pencils potential. I used the Derwent Lightfast paper for this post, ordinarily you would not use such a high quality paper with student grade colored pencils.
In this post I have provided still images I took throughout the drawing process to help demonstrate a comparison video between the Marco Tribute Master Collection Colored Pencils against the Phoenixcolor Colored Pencils.
