Graphite Rope Using Arrtx Sketching Pencils

In this post I am simply showcasing, demonstrating if you will, the ability and performance of the product on review, in this case, the Arrtx Sketching Pencils.
I found an image of some rope on Pinterest and wanted to draw this as I felt it would help demonstrate the various graphite grades I needed to use in order to portray light and shadow. I did try to find the original name of the photographer who took the original image to give credit, but because images are shared so much on social media, tracking dow the original creator is always difficult.
I have to say, I am really proud of this drawing and how it turned out. despite this being such an uninteresting object, art has a way of capturing its beauty, one of the many reasons I love art and why I think everyone should at least try it in some way.
