Staedtler Mars Lumograph Ballet Pointe Shoes Artwork
This is an art piece created with the Staedtler Mars Lumograph Graphite Pencils and the Staedtler Mars Lumograph Black Carbon Pencils to help demonstrate both of these products together. Graphite is a very forgiving medium and one easy to work with on the right paper. However, occasionally Graphite can create a sheen when certain light conditions are met, this is were the Staedtler Mars Lumograph Black pencils come in and provides a matt coverage.
I have drawn this piece before with a different set of graphite pencils but this time I used different paper as well as the pencils. This time I used the Strathmore 500 Series Mixed Media Heavy weight paper and to say this paper is amazing would be a huge understatement.
